This.
This game has something similar to Puyo Puyo as a minigame. I'm so excited to try it out XD

I'm somewhat interested in Trails of Cold Steel, if only to see what the other major Falcom series has to offer. Here's some catching up for the last year-or-so: - Surprise surprise, I have a Nintendo Switch. I'd eventually get it anyway, but I didn't have anything I wanted to play until Fire Emblem Warriors.
- Played some 400 hours of Fire Emblem Warriors, because grinding for supports sure is fun. They should have introduced more maps.
- Played Super Mario Odyssey. It's a mid-tier 3D Mario game in my books; I still like Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 and Super Mario 3D World better.
- In something of a twist, I have both started to try third party games (something Nintendo consoles missed until the Switch) and borrowed a PS4 from my cousin. I still prefer Switch versions despite the inferior graphics, because the Switch wouldn't randomly eject the game cards for no reason like the original PS4 does to discs all the time (caused by the eject button's oversensitive touch sensor).
- Played Atelier Lydie & Suelle. Loved its characters and story. Find my incoherent thought dump here.
- Played Ys VIII. Liked most of it, but the final ending isn't something to my taste.
- My latest game isKirby Star Allies, which is something I'd recommend to all Kirby fans. You get to play as a lot of the major side character from the series' history.
- Outside of the Switch, I've played Fire Emblem Fates and Echoes on 3DS, Project mirai DX (also on 3DS), and Project DIVA Future Tone on PS4. Currently really invested in the last one. I have an entire YouTube playlist of me trying to perfect the various songs.

Ahh, I hear that Super Mario Odyssey is amazing from some of the players (my sister owns a Switch, but I haven't progressed though Odyssey aside from the waterfall world XD I also like the Super Mario Galaxy games (when I still had a Wii to play them) I haven't played Ys VIII, just the demo. I hear good things about it, but to be honest, I don't know if I have the time to play it ROFL. Maybe sometime next year =p I also wanted to play Breath of the Wild, but sigh. I can't just by a Switch for that only XD Trails of Cold Steel has good things and so-so things going for it, methinks. As a turn-based strategy game series, the player order Trails is structured via an Attack Turn bar, with speed and delay of actions being factors in deciding who goes first, as opposed to FE's army turns. The nice thing is you can manipulate that bar. I don't know how much detail I should dump here, so I'll hold off on them unless you're interested in the attack system, I guess~
I haven't finished Sen IV (but at least I'm not in the Prologue anymore and I'm clocking like 15 hrs), but going by some streams and other players reactions and such regarding the plot and character arcs, I know one of the major factors contributing to my disappointment is due to A) certain pairings I like (based off their dialogue and interactions) that never materialized plus B) information I wanted closure on but was never seemingly addressed. I don't think I was that invested in a series that sparked me to write about it since...well...FE9/10. Oh dear. Nice to hear that you liked Atelier. I was debating on buying that XD Hmm, Kirby Star Allies. I might look into it ^^

I'm not 100% sure about trying out the Trails of Cold Steel games right now. I expect to be busy with other games in the first half of 2019, and I'm not sure if they're going to port those games to the Switch, in which case I'd prefer that over PS4. (Main advantage of Switch over PS4: portability and better system UI. Main advantage of PS4 over Switch: better controller.)
I suppose I'll be more interested if Falcom's is more committed to porting it (or not), but I understand why they aren't. They're a small company making big games, and this is a pretty big commitment. But if they do, it's going to take them another year (as is the case with Ys VIII).

After a very long absence of Fire Emblem related games, I got into Vestaria Saga. Heh, and I thought FE10 Hard Mode was tough XDDDDD
I know now why I'm so terrible at the older FE games: I don't mentally calculate hit rates, strength, speed and crit rate, ROFL. **Yes, I am a lazy FE player** Learning to pace myself in a Fire Emblem game where not all maps are designed to be completed in one setting is quite an adjustment, I think. Otherwise, I find the lore rather fascinating, though as an aside, the creator of FE really likes focusing on certain themes.
As for the Three Houses, I have watched a handful of videos just to keep myself in the loop, and one of my friends I talk to on occasion is a Fire Emblem fan. I don't think I will get into playing 3H myself, though XD Not owning a Switch and seeing a handful of events that raised my eyebrows, I'll probably just casually observe what happens to FE in the background.

(Insert flashback of how crazily difficult Thracia 776 was here)
I'm actually quite surprised to see Vestaria Saga being made (and, by extension, SRPG Maker), seeing that the game's designer had a period of not feeling like making games anymore. I haven't been following news on this game, though. I'm not really interested in Kaga himself, but it's really because whenever I see a game's team getting split up, I'd almost always follow the original IP (that may have changed in gameplay terms) rather than a spiriual successor (that retains gameplay but is not connectedd to the original IP lore-wise).
A lot has been going on here, but I'm playing Atelier Rorona DX now. Fire Emblem: Three Houses DLC will have to wait for quite a while, I'm afriad.

I'm pretty much a terrrible tactician, haha. *Makes my units run towards arbalest wielders instead of using my main lord as a diversion* XD Huh, I don't really care much about Kaga persay, but I find I like his stories and gameplay a lot. The last FE was Awakening for me, and I never gotten the chance to try Fates, but oh well. I still have my own backlog and stuff. If you don't feel like you want to continue a game, that's perfectly fine. I went on a six month hiatus when played Sen IV to play Ragnarok Online, only to pick it up again for some reason =p Out of the Ateliers, I think if I were to buy one on sale, it would probably by Sophie? Though I am also tempted to by the Japanese version of MK 1 since I dug out my PS2 from the basement, lol...and watched a brief playthrough of it. I'll probably look the Dusk trilogy or the Mysterious Book trilogy next? Edit: Umm...I don't think I'll be getting anything just yet. I have Hajimari no Kiseki, Atelier Sophie and possibly Mana Khemia 1 to save up for. And that will hurt my wallet quite a bit XD
