Today is 7 October, and 10 years ago the japanese version of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones was released on GBA. This game was the second Fire Emblem game I've played (the first was Thracia 776), and it single-handedly turned me into a huge fan, as well as giving me a taste of fiction, since previously I would play mostly games that don't have deep stories - Parodius, Bomberman, Metal Slug, Super Mario, Super Smash Bros., to name a few. It also had a side effect of invoking a more emotional side of me. Though it's not the 10th anniversary of me getting access to the game (that would be the next October), I guess it's a kind of important date to talk about. Maybe I'll settle with replaying FE8 as this year's gaming target. I'll end this with a few Pixiv art made for this occasion here. Hmm..that's interesting to hear that Lute is popular amongst the Pixiv artists. I guess I'll see if I can hunt down FE8 sometime.
