@debbie: I've been reading up on the situation. Sorry to hear that, it sounds rather tough on your end.

2016 is already a hellish year, I just that to end... Felix, I'm ashamed what 51% of the UK has voted LEAVE from the EU. Ah, yes. I was on the remain side the whole time. What a shame. Enjoy the world economy collapsing, Brexiters. Enjoy the resulting raise in import and export taxes, foreign investors leaving, and the loss of jobs. All because you bunch are xenophobic. All those pounds I converted years earlier have lost 10% of its face value (in terms of other currencies). What fun.

@star: It is. Since the Leavers have "won" this referendum (they think that this is a competition), racist, uneducated bastard have been verbally/physically assaulted people who are not white skin. It's only the beginning.
@nocyl: I couldn't agree more on your point. Majority of the votes were based on xenophobia. We'll lose our human rights and worker's rights the EU had applied to the UK.
The new Mayor of London declared an independant city from England. I've been talking to my sisters about migrating if this London independant plan doesn't work out. Funny thing that Cornwall and Wales have voted out and still wants EU to fund their beautiful countryside. Tough, you ain't getting anything.

Just a quick update: I've been meaning to travel back to HK this year for a major family event, and huzzah, I will be there in October.
Meanwhile, things here have been same old, same old. I did get some motivation to do some minor creative things. Perhaps sometime I'll post something when I prod myself to get to it.

October, huh. I bet it'll be really hot here by then. I've been quite listless lately. I switch between infinitely grinding for items in ♯FE, collecting Fates support conversations (the mother-child conversations take forever), getting shocked at a songwriter's dark stories, and still trying to work on a not-quite-game that doesn't seem to see process (it's mostly pure laziness this time, though writer's block also plays a role). Since I do all these non-work stuff "at my own pace", I'm not seeing the end anytime soon. Which is good, since news that would get me excited (game news and tech news) are severely lacking lately.
